Returns or Exchange Policy

At Wild Instincts, the satisfation of our customers is our #1 priority.  We want you to be delighted with your purchases.  We pride ourselves on our personal service, which we feel sets us apart from our competition and insures you love your purchases! We are always happy to answer any questions you might have about our merchandise or provide you with specific measurements or even make suggestions! Don't hesitate to call us at 208-521-8894 or 208-315-7601 or email us at Caryl@wildinstincts.net or Cheryl@wildinstincts.net .  In the unlikely event you do receive an item that is not exactly what you had expected and you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please let us know right away and note the following:

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

Regular priced items and items less than 20% off may be returned or exchanged for full REFUND to your method of payment.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If you wish to EXCHANGE your item, please include a prepaid return shipping label for the new item, or give us a call and we will be happy to charge you applicable shipping costs.  Please note that (for your protection) we do not store CC information so we will need you to call in if you wish us to charge you for return shipping. If we don't hear from you within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise, we will assume you are happy with your purchase and consider the sale final.  All returns must be received back within 10 days from the day you notify us that it is being returned, after that the return/exchange will be closed.

SALE ITEMS

Items discounted 20% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangable.  Please ask any questions you might have before you purchase sale merchandise so you wil lbe sure the item will work for you.  We are here to provide measurements and help!

CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS

Due to the delicate nature of our custom-made leather products, we are unable to offer returns on these items.

We will try to meet your expectations on all custom-made orders. If you need to return items for repair or re-sizing, please send your item by insured mail to:

We are not responsible for lost items that are not insured. We ship by UPS, USPS and insured.

INTERNATION ORDERS

Due to customs issues, we do not accept returns on international orders unless there is a manufacturers defect.  Please contact us before placing an international order if you have any questions.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

When returning merchandise for exchange or refund, please give us a call at 208-521-8894 so we can be expecting it.  Again, please refer to our store policies above prior to shipping back merchandise.  We strongly suggest insuring your return for the full purchase price as Wild instincts cannot be liable for lost packages.
